Incentives
The Adrian-Tecumseh SmartZone offers access to a layered portfolio of local, state, and federal incentive programs for businesses that invest in the region and create jobs. The programs below cover tax abatements, workforce training funds, capital investment support, and development financing. Not all programs apply to every project — eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Important: The programs listed on this page are potential incentives that businesses locating in the SmartZone may qualify for. Access to these incentives is not guaranteed. Eligibility requirements vary by program and project. Businesses should confirm availability and eligibility directly with the relevant program administrators before making location or investment decisions based on incentive availability.
