The City of Tecumseh is partnering with Casa Villa Builders to construct a new commercial building at the Tecumseh Business and Technology Campus located at 5000 Monroe Street (east end of Tecumseh). Casa Villa Builders constructed the first building located at the Tech Campus, which is home to Dorin USA. The new spec building will be similar in design and approximately 30,000 square feet and up to 30 ft ceilings. Construction is set to begin early 2024 with the goal to be occupied by year end.
The City of Tecumseh is actively working with Casa Villa Builders to identify a potential tenant for the new commercial building. The new building will be available for lease or purchase. Interested tenants can also have input with the overall design of the building to fit their specific needs.
Tecumseh Business & Technology Campus is a prime location on the border of the city of Tecumseh. This 158-acre municipally owned business park is ready for businesses of all types. Positioned just outside Downtown Tecumseh, the business park is an easy commute from the local business hubs of Ann Arbor and Toledo, Ohio.
The Campus is also part of the Adrian-Tecumseh SmartZone, an economic tool that allows property tax dollars to be captured and reinvested to provide support to high-technology entrepreneurs, businesses, and researchers in our local community. These types of industries may include, but are not limited to: Nonmetallic Mineral Product Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, Animal Production, Aquaculture, Plastics and Rubber Manufacturing, and Wood Product Manufacturing
